Before we knew it, we have entered autumn, the third season of the year.

As morning and daytime temperatures differ and time continues to move forward without pause,
Chairman Kim Yong-hwa and our dedicated volunteers set out every single dawn,
traveling throughout the greater metropolitan area,
constantly thinking about what more—what better things—they can deliver
to North Korean refugees.

Their selfless dedication and tireless efforts
are woven into every corner of our work.

In addition, a supporting organization in the South
that continuously offers generous support and donations
to the North Korea Refugees Human Rights Association
expressed concern for the knee health of North Korean refugees
and provided valuable health supplements,
despite their high cost.

These were items that our elderly North Korean refugees
desperately needed,
yet could never have imagined affording on their own.
They asked us to be sure to convey their deep gratitude.

Because this warm love and compassion
continually melts our once-frozen hearts,
it becomes the driving force
that allows us to keep moving forward—today and always.
